The Challenge
Peak season chaos led to lost reservations and long queues. They needed a system that could handle many simultaneous bookings and track bike inventory in real time.
Our Solution
We implemented a cloud-native reservation engine with QR code check-ins. Integration with IoT trackers on the bikes allows for real-time fleet visualization and theft prevention.
