Frequently asked questions
How does it prevent double bookings?
Slots are generated from your capacity settings, and each booking claims a seat that is protected at database level. If two customers try to take the last seat at the same moment, only one booking succeeds, and every customer's slot grid updates immediately.
Does it work for mobile washes and centres?
Yes. Customers can choose home, office or at-centre service, and the washer app supports trips, live location and navigation for mobile jobs.
How is cash on delivery handled?
The washer marks cash as collected in the app. The admin panel shows payments live, with a per-washer cash reconciliation of collected versus handed-over amounts.
Can customers subscribe to monthly plans?
Yes. The customer app supports monthly plans, and the admin panel includes coupons and a loyalty rule where every 5th wash's package is free.
Is the app available in Arabic?
The current interface is in English. An Arabic interface can be added on request as part of a customisation project.
Can it take online card payments?
The card payment flow is built into the app, and it needs to be connected to a payment provider during deployment. Cash on delivery and wallet balance are also supported.
