Frequently asked questions
Does it handle UAE VAT invoices?
Yes. Invoices include 5% VAT and are generated as branded PDFs that you can share by WhatsApp link or email.
Which booking types does it support?
Flights, hotels, visas, tour packages and insurance. Each booking has an assigned staff member, a supplier and a status from Inquiry to Completed or Cancelled.
Is there a mobile app for staff?
Yes. A staff app for Android and the web lets your team view and update bookings, add clients and enquiries, record payments and receive live notifications. Store publishing can be arranged as part of deployment.
Is the software available in Arabic?
The current interface is in English. An Arabic interface can be added on request as part of a customisation project.
Can customers pay online?
The system records cash, card and bank payments, including partial payments, with receipts. Online card payments through a payment gateway aren't included; they can be discussed as a customisation.
Can it connect to airline or hotel booking systems?
Connections to GDS, airline or hotel systems aren't included. Bookings are recorded by your team in the system.
